Samsung has unveiled a couple new handsets called the S7070 and the S5150 that are aimed directly at ladies. The handsets have a girly design with lights and a quilted looking cover. There is no word on pricing or availability at this time.

ZiiLABS has unveiled the new Trinity smartphone development platform for Android and Plaszma operating systems. The handset features a 3.1-inch OLED screen and quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE along with Tri-band WCDMA and HSDPA capability and much more.

Nokia has filed a suit against many of the largest LCD makers in Asia alleging that the companies have fixed the prices of LCDs sold to it for mobile phones. These are the same companies who were found guilty of LCD price fixing last year in the computer industry.
