Virgin Mobile USA announced its title sponsorship of the upcoming Britney Spears concert tour and plans to launch its new Ocean 2 multimedia device.

The new Helio Ocean 2 is a dual slider phone, come comes with 1GB internal storage, microSDHC card slot, 3 megapixel camera (its video recording ability bumped to 30 frames per second) and an web browser that support flash video. It also has a touch sensitive navigation pad, too.
