Sony introduces a total of twelve new Cyber-shot digital cameras. The HX5 features the Exmor R CMOS Sensor; a 25mm wide angle and 10x optical zoom lens, Intelligent Sweep Panorama, 1080i Full HD movie, GPS and Compass. New Epson 1.56 Mp Electronic Viewfinder panel

Following the announcement of the 0.47-inch SVGA evf panel in October, Seiko Epson today announces the development of a new high-temperature polysilicon TFT color panel for electronic viewfinders. The new evf panel measures just 0.52 of an inch and offers QHD 960 x 540 (800 x 600 for the 0.47 version) resolution in red, green and blue for a total of 1.56 megapixels. The new panel is targeted for use as a widescreen electronic viewfinder in broadcast and industrial camcorders for professionals.....
