It was three days ago when Apple had the guts to throw the blow at HTC and filed a patent violation. To clear the cloud, Apple did not mention that they are filing the case against Android and Google but one thing is for sure they are suing HTC for some patent breach and Apple is claiming twenty of them but on the filed suit with the ITC only ten patents is being mentioned.
