Eten X610 Review atphonearena!

"The display is 2.8? QVGA and is capable of reproducing 65,536 colors. The picture has good contrast and saturation, but the screen?s performance suffers when exposed to direct sunlight and becomes difficult to read. Above it are located two discrete service lights, which are almost unnoticeable unless they are blinking. In contrast to the X600, the new Eten has gotten rid of a full row of keys from its face. The remaining ones are the accept/reject call keys, GPS and one providing access to th...

"Apple has slashed the number of iPhones it plans to build before the end of the year, claims the analyst group Pacific Crest. While it had been expected that some 18 million phones would be made, Crest cites "supply chain channel checks" which indicate that Apple is ordering only 14 to 15 million units. Review of GSM/UMTS-handset Samsung PIXON M8800

"Much like the INNOV8, the M8800 is an imaging-centric phone, and this time around, to put a special emphasis on its focus, Samsung have come up with a new prefix for this type of phones - PIXON. Nevertheless, the first 8 Mpix cameraphone in their range, the i8510 INNOV8 won?t have its name changed, but all phones to come will feature the ?PIXON? part in their names. Curiously, though, non imaging-savvy handsets (even with 8 Mpix cameras) won?t have this prefix either." Read more here:

Some screen shots from Vodafone-branded Blackberry Storm emerge

"Some purported screen shots of Vodafone-branded Blackberry Storm have emerged today. If you believe what you see is for real, then you may be a bit disappointed. The resolution on the screen is quite nice but the interface, well, looks just like a Blackberry. Should we be surprised by that? The calendar, email, and browser look incredibly text-based for a touchscreen device that promises to take the world by Storm. Where are all the pretty icons that we can tap on? Let?s hope these images are o...
